Holley sniper has been on the car for approxly 50 miles. Wile testing my new windstar fan set up the can got to 200* and when it did the IAC started acting up. Hot idle is now acting as shown in the video. I have tried covering the IAC hole and adjusting the idle but even with the car off, key...
