An easy way to tell what grip size ‘should’ fit your hand size is by checking where your top hand fingers meet on the palm of your hand . If your fingers are crushing into your palm then its a good sign that that the grip maybe a bit to thin and it would be worth to try something a bit thicker . If your fingers are quite far away from your palm with a significant gap then this might be a bit to thick and it could be worth looking at something a bit smaller especially if you are prone to fading /
